  1. Thank you for your reply, I will reinstall. Computer #2 (laptop) running XP will not start the program. Initially had the invalid product key message, I followed your manual fix to the best of my ability, now I get the error message "Setup not responding" (this after re-downloading the program). I'm really really sure where to go with this...disappointed.
  2. Please tell me that the game is fantastic and that you are having a great time with it! Looking for any advice with regards to booting the game, after downloading I found that the game would not boot. I looked in the repair desk but could not find any posts other than a problem related to the license key. I did notice that my security program had an issue with the WWI launch and wanted to "Sandbox the Launch". I selected the not to sandbox option and have since disconnected the security program as well as the built in Windows security center and have rebooted the computer several times. The help desk does not have the WWI program listed in the drop down menu so I don't seem to be able to place a help ticket. I'm thinking that I try reloading the game now that my security system has been tamed:rolleyes: I am operating with a Vista OS, and advice would be appreciated.
  3. I did not know about an RAR file nor the WinRar extraction tool. Thank you for taking the time to reply. Thanks to your information I was able to install the campaigns in question. Thank you again
  4. I have been unable to launch "1939 World in Flames" and "BF1939", both of which are "RAR" () file types. Neither of the scenarios appear in the Strategic Command launch queue and when I try to open by clicking directly on the icon I get an error message that reads "Could not find Bitmaps\activation_sprites.bmp. I have been successful with launching "Calm Before" and "Advanced Third Reich", but these are different file types. I am missing something and hope someone help. With thanks, nikappy:)
  5. Ok, this is admittedly a very embarrassing question for me to ask. I downloaded the 1939 World in Flames Mod from the Repository but can’t figure out how to launch it:( S.O.S. With thanks
