I am playing a single player game with the 1900-2030 rule set but can not build paratroopers. I can build air transport class 1 but don't see paratroopers listed anywhere. Apparently, the AI can build them as at least two AI factions have them. Where do I find these paratroopers? Thanks for any nudge in the right direction. MButler
