I had purchased most of the other titles on launch with two exceptions; CMFI and CMRT. After the launch of R2V i grabbed the full FI collection. However i waffled of CMRT, eastern front air battles are my happy place but the titanic ground struggle is almost overwhelming. Yesterday was my birthday so i decided it was finally time.....i am installing CMRT plus F&R as i type.

Although i have been playing a lot of cmfi lately, cold war is my favorite. Its the era that draws me in, the stakes would be so very high and the drama is compelling. Black Sea is second, followed by fortress italy. All the CM titles are great in their own way, and each had drawn me in at one time or another.

Are you saying we sacrifice bacon so Steve and Charles are immortal? Count me in! We have a small cadet branch of Pastafarians at my work, we worship the Mother Pizza. I will put in a word with her for eternal CM.

I think this will be the first BF title I have pre-ordered. You fine folks sold me, this will be my go to CM for a good long while I think, finally give CMBS a bit of a rest.

I don't own RT yet, it is the only CMx2 title I have yet to pick up. I was considering it for after F&R drops but now I am most certainly going to use this part of the years gaming budged on CW. Dream come true really, but I will get to buying them all eventually.

I am a long time Battlefront customer, and own CMSF1 & 2, CMBN w/all modules, CMBS, CMFB. I could never really get on with CMFI though. But now that R2V is released, I went all in and got the lot. I have a feeling this will be my standard WW2 CM game for quite a while. The time frame covered beats all the others hands down, as well as the wealth of nations and equipment. Kind of like CMAK was my go to in the old days. Am downloading now, and quite honestly haven't been this excited for CM in quite a while.

Got home from work at 1030. Intalled CMSF2 at like 11, had to restart PC cause reasons, and then my game wouldn't activate properly cause I bought the CMSF + marines bundle back in the day. Entered a ticket and no less then TEN MINUTES later they had sorted me out, and I am up and running. BFC, well done!

Sakai007 got a reaction from John Kettler in BFC leads & Matrix follows on DOD Use
I have been part of the CMANO testing crew since closed beta started like 6(?) years ago. Personally I think it's biggest training potential is as an introduction to the realities of modern warfare regarding the use of sensors, EW systems, and the employment of various assets. As the pro version progresses (I test the commercial version, not the Pro Edition) I think one of it's more interesting uses will be in defining the tactics and general usage of new systems, ships, aircraft, before they even hit production. No use buying a hammer when a screw driver is what you need sort of thing.
