Great to see Battlefront finally allows purchased games to be redownloaded! Saves me from pestering the customer support many a times Regards, d0mbo.

Think I've found the source of the attribute halving: some of my pixeltruppen stepped on a land mine and/or were hit by mortar shells.

So even my two supposed ways of clearing mines aren't really ways to do it. Re: combat engineers. THen i really wonder if they have a special ability. They seem generally well trained so it doesnt hurt to use them as infantry.

.... or are the only ways of getting rid of anti-personel mines by either firing artillery into a mined area or letting some poor fellow step on them? Couldn't find it in the manual, hence the question here! Cheers, d0mbo. PS. Where can I change my nickname?

Well it seems to have been a fluke, i can't reproduce the issue. Almost doubting myself now! Still haven't been able to complete the first mission. This game is hard. next try will involve a group of snipers to kill the soviet infantry in the trenches and the ATG's positioned there.

on battlefront, with the peculiar license system. will try to recreate the issue.

Sorry: I got the kursk 1943 + caen bundle. Happens in the very first german mission of Kursk. Just restarted another try at this scenario and the attributes were normal again. Didnt do anything different in the OOB screen i think. Weird.

I selected a scout squad because of their ability to infiltrate and staying hidden. (E.g. their scout attribute.) When I selected them in the OOB screen they had 90 for scouting and markmanship. Great! In the battle itself it went to 45 for both. What gives?
