Is there a problem with my video card, or were some of the icons left as black squares for Italian Assault guns? Also, should the road and walls really go into the river on this map?

What month did you select? If I remember correctly, Airborne are only available in June and July.

I figured it out. I was playing the Soviet vs. the DRA. When I selected the Soviet flag for forces to control, I was give command of the DRA forces (Not the Soviet ones). Not what I was expecting, I guess.

I tried to load a quick battle up as the Russians. I didn't see any Russians, but I could move the other side's forces. I hit the go button, and then I could not control anyone. I thought this was fixed? I saved the game before I hit go. Who can I send it to?

I just uninstalled CMSF, CMSF:Marines. I then installed CMSF from the CD (I had to burn it to an image file, use Daemon tools to install it since none of my CD/DVD drives would work; I click on install and the CPU sits at 52% and nothing happens). Then I installed CMSF V1.08. Quick battles worked just fine, no shifting sides. Then I installed CMSF Marines (download version). Quick battles worked just fine. Then I installed CMSF Marines V1.11. Then the QB don't work any more and I get switched to the other side. Is this an issue with V1.11? I'm going to do this again and leave the game at V1.10 until this mess is cleared up. Erick.

Any update on this issue yet? Will a fix make it into the next patch?

I tried a few more QB again and paid attention to the load time. I have the same loading issue that you noted; it gets to 77%, then hangs for a while. Then shifts me to the other side. This happens 100% of the time; QB's are completely broken on my machine. One time I had to give it the Ctrl-Alt-Del and end the process. Erick

Has Battlefront figured this one out yet? Will it be in the next patch? Is there some fix for this now? I can't play any QBs; I am always switched to the other side. Thanks. Erick.

I am having the exact same problem. I just put together a new computer last week and installed CMSF and then CMSF:M. Then I installed V1.11. After I set up my initial orders during a QB, I hit the go button and get switched to the other side. Is this a bug? Erick
