  1. Does it mean that the CM:N will base on 4x4m Action Spots? And, will the CMSF series go down to 4x4m Action Spots in further patchs? Thanks:-)
  2. Joachim, Thanks for your replies. Your suggestions are useful to me while playing the game. Best Regard!
  3. Thanks Joachim! But which was the reason that caused the LOS to go away? The pinned men sneaked to reverse dirction out of the LOS, or the "pinned status" plus "reverse slope"? Do you have an idea? Best Regard!
  4. Can the soldiers get additional covers when they stand on an open ground behind ridge but with LOF between forward enemies ? Looking the picture below, can the Germany soldiers be protected by the "reverse slope"? I tested it just now, it seems "reverse slope" did not provide any protection. Thanks very much!
  5. hi! Steve. I am sure there is not a subtle rise in the terrain or that is Tall Grass, just like my another picture below. In the picture, one guy must have LOS with the target. Beacuse I gave "PAUSE ORDER" before the testing, so I prefered to believe that the LOS info display is not 100% in sync with the movement, just like what Moon had said.
  6. But what about this picture below? How can the LOS pass through the building? It seems there are some issue during the map arithmetic.
  7. Is there anybody who encountered the same trouble with me? Or my picture is not visual?
  8. Sorry to point out a blemish at this happy time. In the picture below, "USMC Streets of Hama" MISSION, the LOF should be gray (had partial LOF), but not be navy blue (had not LOF at all).
  9. I'm sure that I did not issue the "Hide" command. I issued "pause" command when my squad was sneaking, then my squad stood still without shooting to the enemies in field of vision, even if the squad had spotted the enemies. Best Regard!
  10. According to my experience, when sending a "pause" order to a squad which is moving, the squad could still perform "target" order. Using this microoperation, I won some battles with zero casualty. Targeting in the pausing state is important to me when microoperating. But sometimes, I paused a squad which was moving when they spotted the enemies, then I sent "target" order from the squad to the enemies, but the squad stood still doing nothing, even if the squad had clear LOF with the enemies. For example, in map AI Amarah, my squad sneaked from one room to another. When they spotted the enemies, the AI did nothing execpt keeping to sneak(all the process went all right ). Then I paused my squad, sent "target" order from my squad to the enemies manually, but my squad stood still with nothing to do. Finally, the enemies killed my squad members one by one. 11. I just want to know more about this game. The more I know it, the more I like it, the more I hope it to be perfect. Regard! popllt
  12. Steve, So there are only two kinds of contacts(entirety LOS or no LOS) between two Action Spots, right? Are there other kinds of contacts between two Action Spots? For example, two Action Spots have partial LOS between each other, etc. Regard! popllt
