  1. Guess it has something to do with the damage aspect. Another thing that would look better IMI is the smoke from damaged vehicles. All if them look to skinny. Just a thin stream of smoke. I think it be a mixture of billowing smoke and maybe some small stream. Of course the wind would play a part.
  2. I guess the link isn't working. But the explosions in CM are like mushrooms. The ones in mius are more dirt flying in shoozing into the air in spouts. I think more like the real thing.
  3. Does anyone have a mod to change artillery / bomb explosions similar to the ones in Mius front. Like these at 1:13 in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSG6BaiMQk
  4. Thanks for the personal attack there wolfseven, very mature, but facts are facts. I have a laptop and my specs are in the top messaage line. Below is a string I started concerning my problem if you care to look. No help to date!!!!
  5. Hey McIntyre I have not had much luck in getting any help here! Mine flipped also. I changed it to open in a window and it worked OK. Read FAQ for details on how to do it. I think it is at the bottom. Then change the resolution size in the menu in the game to make it size window you want. Good luck. Maybe the patches will help us. But who knows.
  6. I think I have the right driver 7.4 (I know there is a 7.5 out there now). Anyway, I did a clean uninstall and installed again and it is still upside down. All other programs work fine. When I start it in windows node it is OK. So, I need a fix in normal mode or a way to increase the size of the window. Joe
  7. I have changed the settings to play in windows but the screen is small. Anyway to change the size of the window? It will not adjust like a normal window. The regular screen (non windows) is upside down when the game comes up. I tried to turn it over with control center and it comes up all garbled and locks up the computer. I have a DELL inspiron XPS laptop with ATI radeon mobility 9800. Latest omega drivers 7.2 (the ATI drives will not install) Anybody got work around so I can use the newer 7.4 drivers from ATI on my DELL laptop? Seems dell does not support any upgrade drivers hence the omega driver. TIA Joe
  8. Thanks Tofke and Madmatt. I have the latest driver from ATI which is newer than the one from Omega (I believe -- 7.4 catalyst). Got 2 Gig ram. 3 gig virtual memory. Madmatt-- Will any of your planned patches help me any? Otherwise this game will not run on my computer very well. I know I will not get 60 fps but somewhere around 20 would be OK. Thanks Joe
