  1. Here here; good post Rune and once again thanks for taking the time to give us the big picture. I'm still going to sit on the side lines here and wait becuase as soon as you release that demo. I will be up-grading my computer or building a new one.

  4. Wartime Command That's all right I was 30 years old when they first advertised this game now I’m 40 1/2?! I even went to the 2003 games convention E3 in LA to do a story on this game that’s when Codemasters had it. I'm still waiting to finish my story on it?! 1C was supposed to put out a demo on it in 2003, that didn't happen. Then Codemasters started telling 1C it wasn't putting more money on it's project, and to go ahead and release the game and just do patch's, well thank god 1C didn’t want to put an unfinished project out there. There-for pulled the gaming rights from Codemasters or paid them off not sure which, as I lost interest after seeing the game get shelved. Then 1C started looking into publishing the game them selves and low and behold Battlefront.com decided to help. So here we are with a new title and supposedly a new game with full emersion of Combined Arms and tactics that this game looks like it will live on in infamy? Maybe we will see a big update on new and interesting features to the game or updated movements? Maybe we will see a demo in the near future.   10. So with this game being in the works for well over 7 years now; with Battlefronts version What can we expect in this version over the russian version?   12. Oh also I noticed when your shooting the gun and MG you hit bushes they dont pass through the sceenry. Whats the other ammo, theres only 5 rounds? Also the tank has a habit of spinning in a circle when you try to drive it. after about several mad pushes of the key it straightens out. Cant here the loader when hes anouncing ammo and unload and loaded...Somethign wrong with the sound. Can't see the enmey at night no {ir or flir} night vision was in the 40's? So there was flare's to see the enemy at night? All in All I like the game the controls were not that hard if you print out the read me txt very promising game. I will definantly buy this one. I'm glad you feed us the info on this game its great and I'm looking foward to it, as I'm one of these guys that loves Combined Arms...By theway I liked the Demo it was fun and very challanging to learn the cntrls.. a little hard but would like to see a more control over the mouse its to lose when moving it around to look around and need to reverse it also.   16. Just by a desk top then you will solve all your problems with not being able to play these games.

  18. Ok, the game has a few bugs like firing through walls and bunkers. I think the line Of Sight (LOS) is a little off. I got off the beach and had the AA guns from the other side of the large turret gun, firing on my infants and killing them, through the turrets you could see the tracers going right through it. I was successful in finishing the mission after key sites were captured. I made sure I placed minefields on my flanks to counter the 5 pzgs traversing the area. I capture the food stores and then surrounded the HQ and Colleville city and finally after about an hour of smaller skirmishes I finished the objective. The game has potential and I think if BF could help them with some minor issues it could be a great game.
  19. Yes, the LOS is on everything except I did'nt see it on the infants, I love this style I'm a RTD guy and this is a great game. Those that are waiting for TOW its also a RTS, if ya'll did'nt know that already. Since I did play it at the E3. It's about the same as officers. A few problems or bugs I have ran into the start screen does'nt save your settings and they default back very annoying, you have to start all over.
