I've been surfing on these pages for a long long time (and I'm not planning to leave them anytime soon), but this is my first post. Great game, great community.
In my current PBEM game (SC2 Fall Weiss), my axis opponent got a 38% diplo hit on Spain. Fair enough,it's just that this seems to happen each and every time the axis tries to diplo Spain. Indeed, every time I play the axis against the AI, I seem to score a 38% diplo hit (that's it -exactly 38, unless my memory is wrong) on Spain at some point after the fall of France. Of course, I had all 5 german and all 3 italian chits invested. I would assume this was the case for my opponent too. Just an unbelievable coincidence, or have I found a bug? Have other gamers witnessed the same?
