What's interesting is that, in the days of CMx1, BFC never included them for any nation because - according to them - they were used mainly for signaling. Apparently, between then and now, new evidence surfaced that was sufficient to change their minds on including it.

Since no one else is reporting this its just another angle to consider
With all eyes on the Turkish conflict there has been quite alot going on in the Ukraine and its border lands with actions of both sides not generally reported in mainstream news.
If Turkey is in there it doesn't look good for Ukraine to have essentially terrorist supporting them.
Else it could be a false flag op by Russia to generate support for a counter offensive if they are attacked?
Hard to say, well see what the summer brings

Yes, it was submitted too late for it to make it into this patch.

I was reading the manual for this new game and some vehicles and equipment that are in it, came out before the game's (CM:FB) time period and are in the CM:BN time period
(but not in the actual CM:BN game). Will we be able to play those vehicles / equipment in CM:BN?

Look how about this. What if instead of giving the player a fixed deploy time, what if the deployment times were a forecast of a readiness time. They'll probably deploy inside that time, they might not. Much could depend on troop quality.
That's already the case.
