  7. Some Russian players use the Hamachi net for ease of connecting. You can join them using Hamachi client: net name: HARDGAME password: 12345 After that, run ToW2 and look for LAN game. Server is up each day from 15:00 GMT.
  8. Builder always uses [default] entry from weather.ini. Weather preset should be called from mission file, it can't be set for a map.
  9. Those settings are obsolete. Skycube textures are in SFS in Maps\_TEX\Skys folder.

  11. I assume you have Spanish Windows localization, sometimes Battle Generator fails to determine the default language. If you set standards to English in Regional and Language options (Control Panel), it should run fine.
  12. This is Vista access control. Run the game or editors each time using 'Run as Admionistrator' context menu option.
  13. Did you both install the patch? Try to enable compatibility mode, it may fix the crash.
  14. Enable the compatibility mode as described in readme, it should fix crashes during saving. Dunno about this TH2Go issue. I suppose there is a way to run the game on one monitor without unplugging the cables?
  15. You can't save the file? It's the same access denied issue. Run the notepad using 'run as administrator' command.

  18. ABTF has roughly the same AI as other CC games. Maybe you mean strategic AI? It doesn't really reacts to your actions, since Market Garden events are well-known and enemy usually lauches assault after receiveing reinforcements (which are hard-coded). ABTF has the best campaign, that's for sure IMHO.
  19. Redwolf, you continue to state that some data is wrong, but you didn't do anything to back up your 'fairly obvious' claims. Again, the data in the game comes from Soviet field manuals (there were field manuals for German captured weaponry as well). Here is the penetration data tables for Pzgr. 39 and 40 for example, you can compare it with the data in the game. I don't know where you got this 'excuse' stuff at all. We don't make excuses because we don't need to. And we don't invent them.
  20. There shouldn't be any difference between 1.0 and 1.1 versions regarding movement smoothness and tank texture detail... Did you enable memory compatibility mode as described in readme? Is the model detail set to highest in game options? To decrease howitzer accuracy, edit the Data\Guns\USA\105mm_Howitzer_M2A1.ini file (you need to extract it using Dr. Jones tool first). Resulting accuracy can be changed by various ways. Look for strings AimDistance 0 50 100 500 1000 1500 2000 AimRadius 0.1 0.3 0.8 4.5 7.5 10.0 20.0 these are aiming errors for worst gunner (skill 0). You can increase this values, and for example change 7.5m at 1000m error to 75m, anything you want (change errors on other distances too). This error decreases as gunner skill increases. Shells also have Dispersion parameter (inherent property of the shell), you can change the dispersion of each shell type this way. This is the dispersion of 10mm HE shell: Dispersion 1000 0.4
  21. If it is not 0 it goes to endif, not Halt. Halt command here will never be reached, i suppose it is here because compiler may complain if there is no Halt command in the trigger.
