  1. I think it totally depends on the situation. What I do is; if still a great distance from target I’ll put them in a hull down position spotting for a minute. If they do not spot anything I’ll move them to the next recce spot position. I typically only dismount them to get to higher ground ie top of a building. Or if I know the general vicinity of enemy armor that is close. To simplify, keep’em in the Fin at great distances to maximize the spotting potential. Up close they lose the advantage so I dismount.

I have yet to bounce anything with m60s so leo1 having the same gun performance (no idea about the fcs) but being smaller and faster should if anything be an improvement.

That’s interesting, in a PBEM I finished recently I was using the Soviets with T-64’s and absolutely ran through my opponents M60’s. One of my tanks sustained four to five hits frontally from 500-800 meters and was not penetrated.

It seems there are two types of players when it comes to C2 and targetting enemy....Let me know if I'm right...

    1. Say my sniper on a hill spots or has a tentative spot on an enemy tank so I send my tank platoon over the hill to shoot at it (even if its an empty space to he shooter) even though the tank platoon never registered the spot until it actually saw it. This is what I do.

What kind of Barbarism is this!!!! You outta be ashamed of yourself!!!!

Joking of course. I prefer using option two. Definitely against the AI to me it makes the game a little more enjoyable. For instance just the other day I had a recon unit crest a hill. They spotted several AT guns. I had them run back to the tank platoon on the backside of the hill and relay the info. The tank platoon acquired the spotted icon and crest the hill. They then blasted the locations using area fire and KO’ed the guns.
