Don't be so sure about that, italy rarely decide things in the east. They're usaly just farting around in the med. and italy is liberated now

Italy surrenders to the former alexandria garrison at strength 6.

Germany is currently ruling the skies due to its superior fighters. The UK can't do anything but watch Europe moaning under the nazi jackboot.

Late summer 1940, UK is regrouping its forces.

21 of July. In a daring sneak attack, the italian cruiser is sunk outside of algeria by a combined naval and air attack. The battleship then safely returned to Gibraltar.

The 7 of july. A sad day for the free world. France surrenders and is occupied by the german forces while the southern parts are turned into a german satelite state.

Spring 1940, the germans gaining the momentum after their counter offensive have steamrolled into nothern France, capturing part of the channel coast. In the battles that ensued after this turn of events, a german luftflotte was shot out of the sky by the valiant french pilots.

Early winter 1940, the German army makes a decisive counterattack and kicks the allied plague out of the fatherland. France is waiting for them in the low countries with a small canadian and british expeditionary force assisting them.

Fall 1939, the german blitzkrieg falters and Poland and Denmark are still holding strong. Fall Gelb runs to a halt in the low countrys and a counter offensive by the allies captures hamburg.
