    My father and I where trying to play by network on map 502, however whenever he tries to log on we get a message that says that he is on map version 502 and I (the host) am on version 100 what is this. Could it be because we are using more than two colors for our teams. Well i'm rambling now so if anyone has any ideas about this please let me know. :eek: :confused:

    Thanks for the response. How do you decide if there are dead or wounded(killed or immobilized veh.) do you roll dice like on board games after the action phase?? could you please let me know how you go about that I would really like to check that out. thanks in advance.

    Sorry i should have put this in the first post but I forgot. Is there a way to have the carl gustav or any laaws to engage entrenchments? Also is there a way to have units to lay down suppresive fire without actually seeing the units. so long as the units can see the area that they are trying to suppress that is.

    I just recently realized that Infantry units can load demolition charges and was wandering is there a way that they can load logistics packages. :confused: : Also if anyone is looking for a human opponent, feel free to email me.
  5. my question is how many inf. sections to a platoon, platoons to co., co's to battalion, battalion to regiment? is the breakdown simmilar to u.s. army / marine corps? any info would be helpful thanx.
  6. My dad and I are trying to play each other by email but have never done it before. When i tried to download his first set of orders my computer tried to open it with realplayer. So my question is how do we go about playing by mail?

    thanks for the responses' but i still can't locate that recon team i've been combining 3 2man recon teams but they don't really have the fire power that a lrs unit would have. since that is what i'm trying to simulate i compromised and trie dusing six man ca inf. sections w/ C7's, C9's, and laaws(m72)but they are visible at 100 meters unlike the units designated recon which are visible at 50 meters. so i'll probaly just stick with what i've been doing but if anyone has any suggestions (besides be more careful) it would be greatly appreciated p.s. my dad and i both love the game and have been playing it since ver.3 keep upp the good work

    Are there any uparmored humvees on v.4.04? i'm tired of having my humvees' knocked out by light machine gun fire. i mean if they were to take some kind of damage that would be understandable, but completely destroyed i think not. so in accordance to your posting rules i think your opfor light machine guns are way to powerful. also i'm not sure if it was a different version but i remember playing this and having an au/nz 5 man recon team but i haven't been able to locate it on the disk that my father gave me can you help me out at all
