  1. Be sure to use CTRL-R for resupply in that first mission, mark487.
  2. Press CTRL-V to let the AI drive your current unit. Then you can give yourself orders on the tac display just like any other unit and your AI driver will move on your behalf. Then you can truly recline and watch the overall picture. Press CTRL-V again to regain direct control when the stuff hits the fan.
  3. Can you click the "scroll right" arrow on the horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the list? If so, try scrolling right and then back to the left again. Still trying to figure out how to reproduce this problem here...
  4. The server problem is fixed - because of the Christmas holidays we didn't see this problem in time to help with the Dec. 27 game. As Homer would say, "Stupid holidays!" Sorry about that. I hope to make some time very soon to give a real update on this and other news.
  5. Replays are posted. Now you can watch in glee as Jung bends me over for a good spanking. "Bad, Clay!" *Slap* "Bad, boy! Bad!" *Slap* Well played as always, Jung. Those games pointed out a few more things I need to change in the ww2 game so that I can actually beat you someday.
  6. Marco, you brilliant, wonderful, genius! Outstanding as always. The models probably have their vertex normals backwards. Poesel do you have a "flip normals" option in your modelling program? Are you using Blender?
  7. Please email the file called DropTeam.log from your /Applications/DropTeam folder to support@tbgsoftware.com. That will allow us to look at the problem in detail. Thanks!
  8. Sorry, Carlaz. That integrated Intel graphics chip only supports OpenGL 1.2. DropTeam needs 1.5.
  9. I would be honored. Email me the game time!
  10. We'll miss you, Toby! "Damn you, Real Life!" Now these are going to be some fantastic replays. I'm going to make popcorn and put these on the big screen downstairs in surround sound.
  11. No worries. They're posting right now and will be available shortly. The replay saving wasn't out of order, but the simple (ha!) utility that posts them to the public was. It just needed a kick in the pants and now it's posting like it should. Your replays should be available within about 30 minutes.
  12. Congratulations, Toby, and welcome to the Inner Chamber! I'm only about 3 years into this glorious, horrible, wonderful adventure myself. Those first few months are the highest mountain you'll ever climb but hang in there, brother! It gets better. Email with more gory details to come...
  13. Does that happen with your own symlinked libopenal or with the one that is included in DropTeam's lib directory? Since 1.3.1, you might be able to stop doing that hack of symlinking to your own and just use the included one again. You might need to use the included one to get microphone capture to work.
  14. Ping or no ping, Phonan just gave me a sound spanking. Here are the results. Full AAR's tonight. and I have no shame, because Phonan opened up a big can of whoop ass that was in the back of his pantry and really laid it on me. So I feel honored to be crushed by a worthy foe. Phonan advances to the next round!
  15. Phonan, check your gmail account please. I'm ready when you are...
  16. Agreed. Luckily, performance hit = 0.
  17. They';re not stiucky, they';re just lowe rcenrt of mass wghich mnakes them look strickty... Agh - more vodka...
  18. Those are some juicey AAR's from round one. Phonan is waiting on me to line up our first round battle, so don't blame him for the delay. Ooooh, I really can't wait.
  19. It's *quite* funny that you should mention that. Just today I finished getting the replay feature up and running. Maybe I'll have it deployed in time for my match with Phonan, so instead of just a simple AAR, we can all actually watch the battle afterward (once from Phonan's point of view, then a second time from mine). Even better than a spectator sport - you get to be right there in the battle! Kind of like having helmet cameras on every player in a game... Right now it looks like the average replay file size for an entire game is about 3 megabytes. Not bad...
  20. It's already obvious that none of us here play sober very often. (And it's easy to see which parts of the code I was working on while not sober). The idea is to think of something out of the ordinary! And, Toby, calling it mythology is so judgmental...
  21. Phonan, email me so we can work out our game time. I'll try to capture video of the match. I'm willing to play on any server that works for you. I'm largely a bot wrangler as opposed to an action player anyway, so it's probably better for you to be lag free than me.
