Gentlemen, I am thinking about making some CMBB operations. I would like to do static operations, since they allow grater map and quite a long time frame if you add up the battles. The ammo reloading feature between battles comes also handy. It looks to be a good way of simulating a one day long operation. I do have problems though: 1. How can I influence the space of the setup zones? The ideal situation would be that the players would use them only in the first battle, and NEVER redeploy their troops between other battles. What I see is a very random way of handling the setup zones. 2. How can I set the place where reinforcements will arrive? Ideally I would only allow them to enter at the map edge this way they can enter the theatre of operations. Is there any solution for these problems? What other solutions would you suggest? When is it scheduled to start? After reading the rules this tournament sustem is very promising and interesting. Artur.

When I encountered one Matilda with all my PzIII platoon from behind or from the side I was still wiped out . Unless you have ATGs you should leave the field and fight another day. An SS StuG Platoon is cool . Do you yhink this would be viable with 9 or 10 StuGs? Maybe you could start with 3 then expand your core to a company as you lift in rank. What do you think?

As far as I know that was quite common to fill the depleted units with gree troops and spread all veterans among them. This way it was possible to give them proper leadership and training. The new guys could learn from the veterans.

I took the DAK campaign for CMAK I fought 5 battles, but I lost the last one very bad to Matildas so it is over now. The other 4 battles were very successful though and I was promoted to Oberleutnant. It is a very well thought out campaign. I think I will do the PanzerIV campaign for CMBB. I suggest everyone to try it. However do your best to keep your units alive if you want to survive on the long term. Especially if you have az armor platoon. Artur.

You can find Laszlo Nemedi at the WarfareHQ forum, he must know a lot about them. Send him a PM there. If I can squeeze it in my very little free time I may translate their OOB, That is all I know about them right now. It is good to know that people are interested in Hungarian Military history. Artur.
