Low wall LOS issue is HUGE. Plus it'd be nice if the freaking artillery could be shifted or the buttons to do so removed so it doesn't tick me off seeing such an obvious thing jacked up and remaining so...

1 and 2 are exactly what we want. It's not unclear. 1 and 2 are the same in practice, because you'd be clicking on a location, whether there was an enemy believed there or not.

How do you take them?? Where do they go?

First, I love this game, but it is VERY IRRITATING that they took out things that are HIGHLY IMPORTANT such as the hull down command and shoot and scoot command. It really makes it next to impossible to fight a battle properly, especially when protecting your outnumbered units is a premium. Why, why, why did they do this!!!!?????

Is there a way to do this (ala CMAK)? I really miss this command.....

1. Battlefront Version 1.01 (download version) 2. Intel Core 2 6600, 2.4, 4M, COREDUO-CONROE, BURN2 3. nVidia 8800 GTX 768MB; 96.98 WHQL drivers 4. 4 GB Ram 5. Windows XP Pro 5.1.2600 SP2 Build 2600 6. I get crash to desktop when loading the third tutorial campaign mission. Load of the mission stops at 5% and then CTD around 10 seconds later.

Can you do this? If so, how?

There are many requirements for maintenance and things that must be done for protection of this. The likely first step to protection once an alleged infringement is found would be a C&D letter, which triggers many bad things that can happen if ignored and if the ignoring is found erroneous. The fact that the company is for the time being defunct is not dispositive.

Perhaps a C&D letter is what is REALLY holding up the patch. That makes sense.

He means that the AI in IL2 seems impervious to g-forces, performs maneuvers that are tie-fighter like, and sees through clouds (literally).

If the game itself isn't deserving of that title (and it is in its present state) the events subsequent to release, to this day, most definitely warrant the title, and that's coming from a guy who wanted to believe what was promised so badly he bought it, gave it away and bought it again based on the "end of the month [of May]" promise. Total absurdity.

All gone now... I think to fund more drinking parties, I'll make a promise of producing something to my clients by the end of the week, in an effort to reassure them that my past is my past, tell them how difficult taking their money has been, and then I'll spend another four weeks living it up on the funds generated from those empty promises. Instead of the Urals, I'm thinking Lake Baikal. I hear it's the "Pearl of Siberia."
