    On the latest version the Timing of the Axis force was too early:  I believe for my part of playtesting this has achieved what I was looking to get.  I await what the play testers come up with and their thoughts before linking this to an official Scenario.  I will be making another Scenario from the German side and should be done in the next month or so.  ** This will be a more dedicated counter-attack from the German player vs AI in defense as the AI I tested had massive issues trying to SMARTLY cross the bridge... it ended in a "Cluster Muck"  Both scenarios will still be balanced for H2H.

    Hello everyone that is playtesting.  I went over it for the 5th time.   I have since done some revisions.   Fixed some map Aesthetics' and flavor objects.  Added 8 Troop in which I  had forgot in the very beginning with a couple small items.  Fixed some AI timing on the Axis side to make it more Neutral for H2H play of sorts and added more to Allied description and added the names of those play testing the scenario.   https://www.dropbox.com/s/d8rpdpnpn7k2p46/A Once Quiet Town V2.zip?dl=0

    TBH that happens to me quite a lot (in testing at any rate).

    I am not the best player on the planet, but when you get your arse handed to you by your own design.. its a little funny... and I know where everything is.  Careless I guess.  Anyways I think this will also balance out for any H2H play as this scenario is basically an Assault.

    Hello, if anyone would like to preview the Scenario send me a PM and I will email it to you.  This Scenario is for ALLIED vs AI (German) or H2H.  Need playtesting for both.  Working on the text and pictures and will get done with them this week.... if work lets me.
    The Situation:  British V Corps and the Canadian I Corps are advancing in Northern Italy.  Player will have elements of the UK 46th Inf. Div/ 138th Brigade, assisted by elements of the Canadian 5th Armd. Div. (5th Armd Brg/ 2nd Armd. Regt. (LdSH)RC "Lord Strathcona's Horse" Royal Canadians.  Basically cross a river, take a town and vital points for the advance of V and I Corps.
    Now the Germans will do their best to stop you, those tenacious bastards!  The Germans are from the 26th Panzer Div.  If playing H2H the most experienced player should play the Allies.  Both forces are somewhat equal in more ways than not.

    Hello, I had created this scenario some time ago and would like to make it public.  I had spent about 3 months researching the units involved, and actually where this small unit action took place.  Although there really was no official information from the US side with some exceptions, I did list my sources in the scenario if you wish to check them out.  You can download it here.  Again, let me know your thoughts.  Note:  I did increase the challenge by adding some things US side, and I updated it, giving the AI another plan.

    Awesome stuff.  I think I should be able to upload the H2H Map this week.  Although I had issues with there system last time I tried, will make sure it gets to the right spot.  My only question is that all I really need to do is create the areas where they deploy initially on the map correct?  The H2H players purchase their own units?

    Hello Battlefront Community.
    Say, I have been working on an Italian map for over a month for a scenario that I hope will be out by mid October.  I was thinking since the map is so detailed and great for H2H play, is there a way I can save just the map for H2H play?  So players can play on HUGE detailed map.  Seriously I spent over a month detailing this map and want others to be able to play it on a H2H level and also when finished enjoy the scenario.  I know the Scenarios are .btt files but never saved a map to also be played H2H.  I took about a year off so a bit rusty.

    Pretty much - yes.  Some H2H maps have forces already picked and placed in deployment zones with orders, associated orders graphics and objectives.  You just need to be clear what you're offering.  If it is a map with deployment zones and nothing else, just say so - it's all about managing expectations and avoiding some comedian starting a thread titled 'Recce in Force is nerfed - no units' or similar.
    From the images posted on Sgt S's screenshots it looks like a decent map.  Nice to see someone using Flavour Objects properly, rather than just littering them randomly.  Having just spent the equivalent of about eight hours doing the same on a 2x2km map with over 800 buildings on it (and no its not an urban map) I can appreciate the effort that went into this.

    For practical map making advice @Combatintman is my 'go to guy'.....He's been helping me out with stuff while we were chatting. 
    PS - Just checking out the updated version.....This map is crying out to be made into a QBM.  Not 100% sure what the scripting requirements are for such a thing, as opposed to a regular scenario, but I seem to recall there being a recent thread on the subject.

    Yeah, I did it when the repository was still alive. The Blitz links are all pooched too. 
    I have plans for updating and fixing. I even had some help from @Falaise. I will let everyone know when it's fixed.
