  1. Well there is this and no need to buy a Mac, here you go... As long as you have a 64bit Win rig obviously. I have not had a need for it in CM as of yet, but I have used it for WOFF and MVP2015 and it works great for them. Give it a go and report if you want. Steps to follow at this link: http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3421233/Memory_Boost_for_Your_32-bit_G#Post3421233 *BACKUP* the main .exe file prior to patching. From within the above link you will find this the 4Gb patch: http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php
  2. Yes it is possible (see my above post) with all CM. During the war German units always did this when they were near, but not knowing where, the enemy was located (Panzer Aces I, II, III has lots of examples). I would assume the allies did this as well??
  3. Me thinks you are looking for this?? Can be used in CMBN and CMFI...
  4. MM asked if CMPzC was capable of being played against the AI, that is what my response was directed towards.
  5. Wicked! Curious, is this going to have ai plans for both sides or is it only a H2H dust up?
  6. Yep, that is what I am waiting for... another link: http://dogsofwarvu.com/forum/index.php/board,36.0.html
  7. I have asked this before myself and I think you have to control both sides in PzC to make it work unfortunately. If someone else knows more please chime in...
  8. Plenty of examples of the German's using wadi's /balkas /defiles in all three of the Panzer Ace's books on all fronts. Lots of other ref's out there as well...
  9. However, you can "bail out" a tank crew so as to scout ahead on foot. After which, you can re-mount that tank and kill the quarry you found scouting on foot. Just adding this as some might not be aware of this being possible.
  10. Actually I think CMx2 is awesome as is, it can be a whole lot more with an op layer. My comments were in response to what kino mentioned. For me I just do not like the late war stuff (late 44 to the end), never have. Having said that, I will be getting the CMFI module to complete that set, not sure what year that will cover?? Just like I will support CMBN and CMRT additions. When it comes to CMFB and a CMBerlin, not my cup of tea.
  11. CM is WEGO only for me. If I want RT, I can startup a Total War series game for that fix. Just saying...
  12. I found these links: (sorry if they are of no help) http://tinyurl.com/32k86w6 http://www.history.army.mil/books/staff-rides/kasserine/vol-i-part_1.pdf http://tinyurl.com/j79rz4f Not sure if they will do you any good, worth a shot. All that I could find time for...
  13. Yep, been thumping that drum forever... one of these days... North Africa (41-43) and Barbarossa /Kursk. No interest in a Berlin CM or for that matter FB. The only late war module I am looking forward to is CMFI's. Luckly, the titles I do own will keep me going until what I mentioned above hopefully happens.
  14. This reminds me of my younger days when a friend of mine jokingly went up to the info booth at the mall and asked to have 'Mike Hunt' paged... The poor girl. Good times!
  15. This might not help or even be related, I might as well mention it though, For my nVidia cards (desktop and laptop) turning off FXAA made my text readable for briefings and such. With it on the text was fuzzy /blurry making it unreadable.
  16. Wittmann and many other Panzer Aces did it whenever they could.
  17. Ok here is my Dropbox link for CMRT Campaigns that I have... https://www.dropbox.com/sh/r0s3a121dr5e7uk/AABpALgsHzA48S7ySIXvgS4Xa?dl=0 I see SDIII will have these uploaded eventually, so I will have this link up for a week or two only. I would recommend downloading these files again from SDIII when ready, as all I have uploaded are the .cam files not the mods /fluff that were included by the designers. Cheers.
  18. BINGO!... I was wondering if someone was going to mention this. However it is ctrl + left click.
