  2. Oh, and I believe it for sure with all the stories I have read on the Bradley...There were far more developmental problems with the Bradley before it got fully implemented on the Field, compared to the M1 Abrams.

Correct...And, If BF enhances the 'Savings Rolls', if you will, to at least represent the fluid up/down motion of Vehicle Crews/Passengers (that happen in RL), then it would be better represented...Of course, this also means less or inaccurate Outgoing Fire (since you are in that Fluid up/down motion)... The above should also apply for Passengers on Tanks that have that generic sit down posture when receiving incoming fire (in RL, they would be in various ready combat postures)...A better Savings Roll would help them out a little as well. As it is now, you will have to compensate for these shortcomings and fit it into your Tactical Planning.
  4. Because, in RL they are more effective compared how the Game Portrays them...Yes, I feel your pain on how the Game Mechanics handle unbuttoned Crews in General, especially vehicles like the Stuart Recon :-[
  5. I have always thought that Units Spot & Return Fire way too fast, especially in Bad Conditions...In RL, with the Confusion of sorts, it should have taken another Minute or two for that "Peel Back Effect" to fully take place. Just your 2 Cents...
  6. In the CMx2 WWII Titles, it seems more like a Quarter amount of those Rounds at that range for a 50% PH.
  7. And, where is this Vid you wanted all to see... I wonder what you are mentioning is the ability for Units to use the LOS Tool at every Waypoint (and 'Area-Fire')...If so, then it's a Game Mechanic function that I believe should've been Banned. Just your 2 Cents...

  12. You haven't finally made it, this until you play against a Very New & Green CM Opponent...Such as myself :-) "DO YOU WANT TO PLAY A GAME" (an excerpt from 'WarGames').

Speaking of Hits to Vehicles in CMx2...It seems that a Panther (for example) doesn't need a lot of hits from a 75mm Sherman before the Optics got shot-up (It Doesn't matter if hits are to the Turret or Hull)...I remember playing 'Barkmann's Corner' (for one example), and his Panther took about 6x 75mm Sherman hits (at 500-600 yards), and the Optics where already shot-up.

  16. I would think that Heavy Hand-Held AT Weapons, like AT Rifles (as opposed to Light AT Weapons, like Zook, Faust, etc) are not recoverable...Ben, no need to report this as it's working as intended. Of course, this is just my honest opinion :-)

On the reverse side of this, MG Units that don't need setup time, such as the Russian HMG, just need to enter the building and can potentially setup and fire in the same turn (if started their move say within 1-2x Action-Spot from outside of building). For me, these Units entering the building should also fall under the same Setup restrictions as other MG Units, or at least reduce the time in half (since they are half-setup due to being already mounted on wheels and such...However, still need to move through rooms/doors, and setup furniture to get a good firing position, etc).
