For me the question is very much complicated by the lack of information on the differential casualty rates. But let's take a swing:

    1. Kill RA troops

    2. Kill RA troops

    3. Kill RA troops

For any given period of time and terrain, ask your subordinates to figure out how to Kill RA troops while minimizing attrition on their force. Use gains in territory to foster 1, 2, and 3. Fall back if you can foster 1, 2, and 3. I would also warn against large encirclement operations unless the risks from RA counterattacks is low i.e. contained.

Exantly that. Unless they left the country, only dead orcs are good orcs.

  2. Take it with a grain of salt. Anyways, state of affairs in Orc army seems to go down the drain in some units.

The Russian VDV troops threaten Shoigu and Gerasimov

"Servicemen of the 7th Airborne Division recorded an audio message to the Ministry of Defense. In particular, they spoke in defense of their commander of the Airborne Forces, Colonel-General Mikhail Teplinsky. The catalyst for this appeal was the removal of the commander of the 106th Airborne Division of the Airborne Forces, General Seliverstov . In addition, in early July, General Kornev was removed from command of the 7th Airborne Assault Division. “We, the paratroopers, warn that we will not tolerate such actions in relation to General Teplinsky. And in the event of the slightest threat to his life and freedom, we will stand as a wall to protect the honor and dignity of our commander. We are very determined. Up to the point that we will withdraw from our positions and go to the rescue of our Bata. You, those who sit in the offices! The landing party does not abandon its own! Do not make fatal mistakes"

They used one word, "ideal".  When a native English speaker says conditions are "probably not ideal" (a more full quote), what they mean is conditions are awful, but are saying it more politely (more circumspectfully).  Seeing as you're from Eastfalia, perhaps English is not your first language and this would not be obvious to you.

Thanks for jumping in. Yep thats exactly what the general said who both quoted. Since said general is hanging out in press conferences more often than not, we can safely presume, he thought about his wording carefully.
