I would have much preffered a 1948-73 sim, instead of a 2005 one. Syria vs the USA is just not that interesting, and it opens up too much conjecture about weapon systems that are classified, like the M1A2. Limited scope games did not make Battlefront the company it is, and I think they are making a mistake in moving away from their core sims. Cold War would be an air war? How do you figure that? do you have any idea the ammount of tac air the Allies had in Normandy? I didnt see it ruin CMBO? Your way off base. Just because tac air exists does not mean you have to focus on it. You could have some fighter-bombers just like CMBO and it would be fine. My 2 cents anyways. Does any unit in CMAK clear wire? Thx. I wish they would add that to the Engineers bag of tricks in a future patch.

After re start the problem is still there. I was at his place trying to find a fix to it.

CMBO with both computers (one with Win2k and one with WinXP) having the problem. TCP/IP connection. Autosave turn just wont load properly. It has happened more than once. The turn loads, and then the front end just freezes up.

After I play a game with two of us using TCP/IP we take a break from the game and then later on, when we resume the game using autosave, either one or the other players front end locks up after the turn loads. Any help appreciated. Thx.

Yes, I know the dust and smoke and other effects are ok...its just the "fog" thats missing. Well, no biggie I guess, its not like that many battles use it. I will probably go with a Radeon card anyways. Thanks for the replies.

Will the newer ATI cards support "fog" graphics in CMBO? I know the older ones did not, like the 7200. Or, is there a fix of some kind? Thx.
