  1. I've encountered 4-5 lock ups today while playing against my wife on multiple player-hotseat. I haven't had this problem with CMBO. I've played CMBO for over a year, but I just got CMBB for Christmas and have had to work out several kinks. I'm playing small games when the lock ups occur (300 points or so). The game locks up occassionally and we literally have to turn off the computer to reboot. Any thoughts or comments? Thanks, Bruce
  2. Worked well...thanks guys. I just ran into another problem tonight...I'll make another post. Bruce
  3. Oh, by the way, I usually don'r runanything else while playing CMBB.
  4. I run XP at home because it is compatible with what I have at the office. All of our systems at the office have 256 ram as well. We've actually been fairly pleased with it. OK, here is what I found on the systems tab...16mb ATI Rage 128 Ultra. Hope that helps. Thanks for the assistance, Bruce
  5. WWB, I have a Pentium 4 with 256 MB of Ram. The speed is 1.70 ghz. Where can I find info on our graphics card? Thanks, Bruce
  6. wwb_99, Thanks...v1.01 shows in the right hand corner.
  7. During the play mode on larger battles, movement by troops and equipment is somewhat sluggish and/or jerky. This is especially true when viewing from above. Placement and set up operations are jerky as well. This is only a factor when running large battles. Medium and small battles tend to do fine. I am operating a brand new Dell system that is relatively speedy. I am running Windows XP 2002. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bruce
  8. I have downloaded the patch for CMBB for Windows. The program/patch was opened at the start of the download, then saved to file. Will it automatically work once it is installed. I don't play via PBEM. Thanks, Bruce
