Is the CMBO SE release scheduled for Europe, or should I order it from the US?

Just installed 44.03 and found the graphics really good with full FSAA. The old problem is still there regarding text, but I just turn it off and once in the game put FSAA back on. Graphics do seem better, I have put the resolution up to 1280X960 and it's the best I have seen CMBB. I am running 2.4GHZ, 512RAM, nVidea TI4600 + all the mods from CMMOS Regards

Just refering to a problem I had with Rodina rule set, MOd - 'DD's fall tree graphics' where I got the 'TProgress Bar Property out of range' error message. I have found the problem in Rule Set 320-058 which had a typo 'File tall_terrain_trees.txt' I changed to read 'fall_terrain_trees.txt' and all ok Regards

Interesting that the file size is shown as over 4Mb yet download is just over 2Mb. Thanks for the feedback - will keep checking to see if the new uploaded mod is available. When I attempt to install the new 'MD's Grossdeutshland' mod at CMMOS I get a 'invalid mod archive' message. All the other new mods have installed ok. thanks very much Mike, just tried it and works fine. Would you know what I need to type for DD's Falltree graphic mod in Rodina. I guess it is a similar solution. Thanks again Mike, much appreciated Regards

I have got the same response. All other mods have installed are ok except 'CW Tracer Fire' in rule set 'Misc' and an earlier mod in 'Rodina' rule set - 'DD's Fall tree graphics'. Both of these I get the error message 'TProgressBar property out of range'. PS regarding the CW Tracer Fire mod I have also deleted the original 'Misc' rule set and replaced it with version 2 dated March. Appreciate any help. are these special edition of CM1 and CM2 likely to appear in Europe?

just started on CMBB, but have found myself stuck on the 'assault on moon' battle. I have selected Allies, and tried various tactics but keep getting overwhelmed by the German defence. Has anyone completed this recently that could offer any advise. Much appreciated Regards MadHewi

Following Matt's breakdown of the files I checked my installation and found the following: 6249 BMP (Matt indicated 5847) 2324 WAV 70 Scenarios 2 OpenPlay I have the European version. Also the game appears in add/remove and is listed in programs. As mentioned in an earlier posting, the only problem I have is that I can't launch the game from the CD. strange you have to alt-tab, even once in the game if you go back to view mission objectives, again the text has gone and again you have to alt-tab. I am running with 41.09 drivers, let's hope there is fix soon

thanks for your comments. I guess from that everyone else has this problem? It is not a big issue, just when loading CD-ROM you get two options 1. install, 2. play. Click on play and the error message pops up!! no big deal - I'll just run from the desktop as you suggest. Still look forward to playing it. Will quickly finish off Age of Methology and I will get stuck in. PS should receive the strategy book any day now.

I uninstalled and tried it just with the original version, without the 1.01 patch and it is still the same. I did download the CMBB demo and deleted that off prior to installing the full version. I am unable to get any other error message details. Just received CMBB from Amazon today. Installation went ok and updated with 1.01patch. Not a big problem but if I insert the CD and press play I get the following message 'Windows cannot find C:\program~1\combat~1\xxxxx. Make sure you have typed the name correctly they try again' If I click on the desktop icon it launches fine, but not from the CD, anyone got any ideas? Running P2.4B RAM 512Mb nVidea TI4600. Intel 845GBV motherboard.
