  1. Swastikas are so much cooler than crosses. Of course it matters!1!
  2. I think he just wants some official acknowledgement.
  3. Which d/l manager are you using? Flashget works well for me, and have rarely found a non-resumable d/l site.
  4. Damn, thats a sweet setup. Is that the alienware 2mhz package? ;O [ November 21, 2003, 01:20 AM: Message edited by: Major Jerkov ]
  5. Athlon XP 2000+(1.7 ghz) ATI Radeon 9500 pro 128 mb 512 MB DDR 333 XP OS Have some graphical glitches, morale area as well as unit area like to blink... quite a bit, but I am using outdated drivers... 3.4's me thinks. Otherwise it runs quite fine. [ November 21, 2003, 01:16 AM: Message edited by: Major Jerkov ]
  6. I guess you wont be buying it then, Laffertytig. But contrary to Blanar's post, I dont see how a campaign would 'ruin' the other 'mods/rules'. They would still be usable... no? It would not negate them methinks.
  7. If you guys are on a crusade to rid the world of swastikas(any nazi symbol), go to the neonazi sites. Not the sites that are about wargames. Naturally, being historical will bring the 'symbols' to light, but actually believing them is another story. Their maybe a few people who believe the rheoteric behind the images, but they are presumably very few, at least here. Go crusade elsewhere.
  8. Well said Schrullenhaft. [in reference to your long post...] . . . . . . . . . . Reality is a bish. [ August 10, 2003, 05:54 AM: Message edited by: Major Jerkov ]
  9. Got to love those Omega's, they are sweet. Can you see the text up until the AAR? This is odd. If not, try dl'ing Mr. Noobies TEXT.zip at MODS. Otherwise I have no suggestions, sides' changing drivers... [ August 05, 2003, 01:21 AM: Message edited by: Major Jerkov ]
  10. Wow, this paints a very, ummm... bizarre picture. I would never own a dodge... on purpose.
  11. I can honestly say my intent was not lambasting anyone in this topic. I've had problems in the past, I understand. I think you read too much into my 'bashing' statement, when all I was doing is agreeing to Teach's post, it having been my experience also. The fog table emulation problem, oh yes indeedy. I really dont know who to point the finger at for that when it works for other games. Just not CM. In all honesty, it doesnt really bother me, Until someone points it out. But I do agree with you, it should be fixed. So I say good luck to you, and fair winds. 12. OK. It should have been 'whining' instead of 'bashing' in this instance. My humble appy-polly-wolly-gees. But the title of the thread itself, insinuates... 'bashing' for lack of a better word. G'day!
  13. I have a very similar experience with ATI and Nvidia. Good to hear this instead of all the bashing.
  14. Sweet. This looks like what I've been after. A simplified campaign with step by step instructions, and since I'm unfamiliar with how it works, makes it much easier to get into it. I'll give you more feedback when I read all the rules and have a basic idea of what I'm doing, and play a couple battles. I've got some reading to do!
  15. Thats it. So simple, but its been so long that I probaly overlooked one, or thought it was applied already... Thank you.
  16. In regards to one of the original posters questions about clipping. Even at 'normal' size the AFV's will clip each other and buildings about half way it seems. Their is no fix(unless you just dont clutter them togeother)and just presume its an abstraction of sorts... Dammit, just read YD's fourth or fifth paragraph... 17. When moving the mouse pointer over certain vehicles or trying to select them, causes the game to crash. I thought I read something in the technical support area about it before, but could find no reference to it again. Enlighten me. SPECS: -------- Windows 98 SE AMD 2000+ Radeon 9500 PRO 512 MB DDR PS/2 Mouse ASUS A7V333 Also using current patched version 1.3 of CMBB.
