Hi, I cannot open that commods.com page? Are there actually mods that allow you to play with the 2d (SC1-like) icons, as these statue like soldiers really turn me off the SC 2 game, although I realise that it is more advanced then SC 2, I really like the SC1 view of units.

Hi, I also played SC 2, but the display of the units in the environment totally made me feel desoreintated and totally lost the good feel I had with SC Bought Commander Europe at war, looks more like original SC, but I did not feel that game play.. Is there anyway to get the SC feel back in SC 2?

I do not like an only Pacific SC, and another Only Europe is so double, Just go global with SC 2! I would also have an option in it where you can decide with you opponent, weather you play allies/axis with total control, or just one plays England, the other Germany, with the other allies/axis controlled by computer, or maybe another player if possible. Further more it should not be able to teletransport your units from the Urals to the French coach in one turn. That should be limited to a maximum distance per turn.

Well, I have turned the sounds off. I replaced the intro.wav and theme.wav by two 'empty' wav files with the same name. Works perfect, store the originals in other directory, and you can turn sound back on anytime.

Yeh, that tech thing can sometimes make you mad, but the odds are some lower, but when you have convinced Benito to join for 97%, hey, what the hell is he waiting for for 10 turns now...

Ok, will try that, but my point is, hey 97 % already because of agressive actions, they should have joined by now, that 3 % should not make the difference, should it??

Has anyone experienced this before, and what would be the explanation for 5 turns 97% without joining?

Yeh, I know it is random, bit with 5 turns on 97 % it seems they should have joined by now, not?

in the middle of a PBEM game I notice that Italy does not join the Axis, despite war readiness is at 97 % for at least 5 turns now. Is this normal, or a bug? I mean, cannot get much higher then that percentage, so Benito should be joining I think!

My favorite is devinitively Stalingrad(The German movie)!
