I have yet to find a D-Day beach landing scenario for Sword Beach. Does anyone know if one exists?

I am not sure why you expect the worst. I think more good might result than bad. I am not sure that the AI opponent would be offended by some editing. If you are smart enough to invent the editor I would think you are smart enough to do it in a way which would minimize cheating.

Perhaps this has been discussed before. I do not get on the forum very often. It seems to me that their should be an ability to edit a scenario or operation while it is in progress. It would be really valuable to be able to extend the number of turns, provided more ammo or provide reinforcements. Sometimes a created scenario or operation does not play as anticipated by the creator and you might want to make a change without going back to turn 1. Sometimes the players are really enjoying the game and don't really want it to come to an end. Has anyone thought of creating such an editor?

Does anyone know a way of extending the length of a scenario after some turns have been played?

Thanks for the replies. These factor's make sense: firing unit has low or small profile, is in command, stealth value in present, is in a concealed position, has not previously fired or at least been observed to have fired from that position, and I would add is not or has not moved in sight of the enemy. But the last vehicle I lost was KOed by an AFV hunting forward. To me this falls outside reasonable parameters. In addition I find it interesting the all respondents have been victims of unsighted fire but no one claimed they had purposely fired in this way, let alone mastered the technique.

Situation: Suddenly your vehicle blows up. No target line is evident. No HE explosion so the kill was an AP hit. No smoke from an enemy gun is detectable. Inqiry: I would like to know some experiances and opinions about this kind of event in CMBO.
