I forgot to specify that, yes, I have installed the patch. I hoped that would've taken care of the problem but, alas, it did not.

Hi, I'm trying to get SC to work with a computer (w/ Win2k and Radeon VE) that has a LCD monitor (the PanaFlat LC50S). The problem is that the monitor can display refresh rates up to 74 Hz. Anything higher and the image goes completely haywire. Then I'll have to boot up through the safe mode to get my computer under control again. I understand that the SC.ini can only raise the refresh rates instead of lowering them. Is there anything that can be done about this? Thank you for your interest.
