Windows Me German Vision Systray is not showen Yes the Windows Temp directory

The Ctrl+alt+delete Tip does not help On a another PC it runs without problems. What is happend.

I have the same Error as athkatla. Clearing out the temp folder does not help. Any Idea why it not help ?
