  1. Let's get back on topic boys. I think Battlefront needs some Good Lovin' from the base for all of their hard work and effort.
  2. I would like to thank you guys for your creativity and innovation. I am really looking forward to the new Combat Mission. And just a suggestion, but it would be great if you skip WWII as your second game and just go right into Combat Mission: American Civil War. Thanks again, Chops
  3. Additionally, I would like to see a Geraldo scenario where he supposedly "rescues" an elderly woman from a destroyed and flooded home, and parades her before embedded journalists. Kind of like he did down in New Orleans.
  4. Requests for CMX2 1. The ability to insert oneself into the game. For example, name a squad leader after yourself at the beginning of a battle. Then be able to track yourself and your squads performance throughout a series of battles; pull up statistics on number of kills, squad mates wounded, morale, weapons etc...which are cumulative. Save the statistics. 2. The ability to play back an entire scenario in movie format. 3. Improve convoy/vehicle movement commands. 4. Improve airstrike and artillery commands/functionality. 5. Tanks have the uncanny ability to spot AT guns and bazookas/panzerfausts way to quickly. Please fix this.
  5. Apparently word is, that the new game utilizing the CMX2 engine will revolve around the conflict of 1861 to 1865 involving the Yankees and the Rebs. Combat Mission: American Civil War. Won't it be outstanding re-creating Pickett's Charge..sending your troops to the slaughter house in a hail of grape shot and cannister shot. Wow, the possibilities!
  6. Gentlemen, Lets expand our horizons and focus on something new and different. The possibilities of using the CMX2 engine to model battles in the American Civil War are really intriguing. There were numerous varities in units and weapons as well as battlefields. It would really be an outstanding gaming experience to have a Civil War simulation of the caliber that Battlefront has put out so far.

  8. I think that the first game modeled using the new game engine should be the American Civil War. There are no realistic computer simulations of the Civil War. There is a huge following and interest in this time period. WWII and the Cold War should not be modeled.
