  1. I have a PNY Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 card and I have updated the drivers regularly. It worked on that card before although the drivers probably changed a couple times. What you say makes sense since when my old monitor blew I had to use an older, smaller one for a couple weeks. If I shut down the computer an improper way with that monitor the screen would be all wonky when it came back on sometimes and I would end up restarting again to clear it. I also got a Windows protection error sometimes(not sure if it was related or not) so it could very well be something related to the resolution.
  2. I hadn't played CMBB or CMBO for a few months so I decided to make a scenario to play a couple days ago. Unfortunately neither game works anymore. Every time I attempt to start either game it gives me a blue screen of death. I haven't made any major changes to my system other than updating a few drivers and replacing the monitor during that time. What happened?
  3. Has anyone else noticed the turns for this scenario take forever? I have played other ones with more equipment and larger maps and they don't take near this long. Both the "computer think" phase and the movement phase drag on. I'm talking like at least 10 minutes for the whole process. I don't think it's my system because like I said, there are more involved scenarios that take a lot shorter time.
  4. I got my replacement CD four days ago. Installed without a problem. Thanks for all the help.
  5. Don't get me started on Dell. I won't be buying another PC from them ever again. I've been through hell and back with that company.
  6. Thanks for letting us know. I just wanted someone to clarify what was happening. I never got the e-mail that spelled it out. I've been having troubles with more than one retailer lately so I've been on edge. I just wanted to make sure we weren't forgotten.
  7. I am able to play the game but that isn't the point. As far as people having replacement discs some do according to some posts above.
  8. Some people have said they already got their's so that's why I'm wondering what happened to people like me who seem to have been forgotten.
  9. Yet another day has gone by and still no replacement CD. What the hell's going on?
  10. I realize that the CM games kind of organize these elements for you when you go to the unit selection screen but I wanted to see how it all broke down in other areas, especially how armored units were organized. The sites you listed were a big help, thanks.
  11. I did already. I have an e-mail from you I received on Sept. 25th that confirmed I had been put on the list.
  12. The delay might work in your favor because you will probably get the good CD's. I just want this whole mess to finally be resolved.
  13. Can someone tell me a good source for info about the organization of units during WWII? For example, what made up an armored division, company, etc. What kind of units and how many of each? I've been making scenarios for myself and put in whatever I thought would be interesting. That makes for a fun battle but I was hoping to create something more historically accurate.
  14. Yeah, real superb. I still haven't gotten one yet and I'm in the states.
