Redwolf, The only big problem I see with your plan is getting the players to actually send us the game files we need to play out the games. We're already having trouble getting them to send files. Perhaps I can coax them into finishing. I managed to do that once before with the original WineCape tourney last year. Treeburst155 out.

Holien, It may be possible to figure out what the score would have been in your game with Wreck if both flags had been contested. I would have to think about it for a bit, and study the AAR screen for casualties, etc. I'll do it when I get more time. AARS definitely could affect the outcome. If you think you did well, based on the raw input file posted earlier, you might want to seriously consider doing some AARs if you haven't already done so. It's a very close race in places. Here is my latest list of people who have sent in AARs, along with the number of AARs I have from them. Check this list over to make sure I didn't lose any of your AARs. They could be very important. If you are not on this list, I don't have any AARs from you. Assuming there are no complaints with the input file, the highest tourney score achieved was 8.57 points. The lowest score was -11.24 points. A score of zero would indicate a performance that was right on the median. With a high score of 8.57 points, the value of a single AAR is .3428 tourney points(4%). Five AARs would increase your tourney score 1.714 points. I will now determine whether or not AAR points could possibly affect who the four finalists are. If it is possible for AARs to make a difference I cannot proceed further until we pass the AAR deadline. Tuomas has informed me that he and Dragoon are in the final turn!! It won't be long now. The absolute final deadline for all AARs is Saturday, April 13, 1200 hrs (GMT -5) I will begin posting statistics as soon as I get the last game result. This could be anytime now. That's very interesting, John. I'm not sure I believe in the theory, but it IS interesting. BTW, I have a sister in Sacratomato. My problem with the theory is that there should be MANY computers acting up, not just yours. Wouldn't you agree? Treeburst155 out.
