Need a sniper in every one of those windows.
-
That has definitely got the immersive look of a Real Place™
-
That mirrors my experience.
T-90's are nothing great and what we've seen recently in the real world seems to bear that out.
-
Always the best thing to do if there's a problem.
Glad you're sorted.

Yep, Sepp Dietrich made the 6 panzers comment in early 45 after the Ardennes offensive.

‘That said, there is not much of a difference in the combat effectiveness of a Battalion at 85-90% strength. A Battalion will derive most of its firepower from its heavy weapons, MMGs, HMGs, AFVs, mortars, artillery, air power. Having squads with 6-7 rather than 8 soldiers will limit some missions, but won’t have much of a material impact.
This is absolutely true.
Support is a huge force multiplier.

For the dirty half-dozen who follow my half-baked efforts,...
I'd be willing to bet there are more than you realize.

Steve didn't give any details, but he did say they wouldn't do things like the Maus that were impractical and unlikely to get produced.
-
I'm not aware of any of the talented blender people doing anything like that, but Steve promised us more late war toys eventually, though probably not the Maus, but some of the more likely to have actually been produced goodies.
The Elefant is in CMRT Fire and Rubble and CMFI Gustav Line. I don't recall if it's anywhere else off the top of my head.
E series, Centurions, IS-3's, etc are what I'd like to see most after 40-41 in the desert.

Such cowards both of you.
You're welcome to your opinion, but not wanting it to be easy to create fake pictures that could easily be perceived as real doesn't make us cowards.
There are horrible things awaiting down that slippery slope.
-
That and the constant push to attack whenever any significant panzer forces were built up, instead of using them in defense and making it much harder for the allies to advance without prohibitive casualties.
-
Me too.
Those are horrible and I rue the day it's easy to make some that aren't.

The other option would be to break down the campaign into scenarios with uncam and then you could replace the units in each scenario.
It wouldn't be a campaign, you'd have to manually enter the remaining forces from each scenario into the next one.

You will want to go to https://www.battlefront.com/

I would sooner wait on CMO to get good ground combat.
Don't hold your breath.

You can only edit posts for a short on this forum.
BFC believes in "only post it if you're sure you want to say it" and I'm good with that.
-
Ah, welcome back then.

Necroing a 7 year old thread to ask a question of someone who hasn't been on the forum since 8-24-19 is an interesting first post.
Looks suspiciously like a spam poster, but welcome if you're a legitimate forumite.

I think you've described the situation well.
There will be times when we curse the Chieftain for not being able to dash across a gap or get to a position quickly enough, but I also feel like Chieftains sitting in keyholes will stand up at least a little better than M60's.

I'm going to have to make some more scenarios at this rate mate ...

Welcome to the greatest tactical wargame ever and the last one you'll ever need.
-
Same.
@Ithikial_AU puts out good stuff and though this is a pretty big undertaking and may be a ways from release, you can bet he'll deliver.
-
Read First Clash and you'll want to game some Canadian goodness.
