Ho Hum.... Not a problem as they are probably better balanced affairs. Just don't put me against Andreas as he will post screen shots to take the mickey out of me... He has far too much time on his hands... H

Guess what I would go with if given the choice. An Attack / Defend. This is just on the basis of trying something different. I do not know if they are not as balanced as CMBO? I bow to people with more knowledge on such things as I really have no idea how it would work out? H

All I ask is... Will it be a Meeting Engagement or Attack / Defend? All other parms are fine. (Well at the moment until I lose and then of course I will complain bitterly.... ) H

I might be way off the mark but the key seems to be get the flags first and sit and beat off the attacks? Would that be a fair view? As for the next game how about and attack / defend game? Would that be too unfair? I have not played many (these being my first) QB's and I am not sure how it would stack up? As it is just for fun I am happy to play an Attack / Defend as it will require a different thought process than the meeting engagement. I know I have been spolied with ROW's and playing scenarios blind so i have forgotten how the QB's stack up. H

I have set up two polls at the afore mentioned site to provide some feed back on what people enjoyed or did not enjoy. A bit of fun and to generate discussion on what a good scenario design should encompass. H

Captain would you like to dance? As for imbalance the skill level of troops makes it a lot harder to work with poor quality troops. Poor German Armour vs Soviet super tanks (or vice versa) is also an issue. As this is just for fun I am happy with what the majority go with. So far it does seem the Germans in the first round were at a disadvantage? What are the odds against all the Germans losing if things were balanced? H

Hi, I have just upgraded my old PII to a 1.4 processor and can not get CMBB to play a game. It loads the graphics and then freezes just at the end with not all the graphics displayed. I am trying to hunt down the latest driver but am getting confused, which is easily done. Any one with any pointers? H

Mike thanks for posting that photo and raising the questions you have. Clearly by discussing this in an adult fashion and seeking to gain a better understanding through discussion with others is a mature way to act. Like KR I too wonder how old those kids were and by the fact that it shows kids would back up the view that it was not a weapon in that period of the war being issued to regular units. Of course during the later part of the war, I am sure all units in the German army made use of what men (and boys) they could enlist.
