  1. Just played the two airport missions and they were lots of fun! The assualt on the airfield ended up with loads of my troops "exhausted" after quick-timing such long distances. Highlight of the mission was one of my WMIK's (with 40mm) getting destroyed by MG fire, then dismounting and setting up the grenade launcher and plastering the MG team that knocked them out as well as 5-6 other enemy contacts. It was some pretty nice shooting from 600m out. Over all great mission, I wasn't sure if I was going to have enought time to make it all the way across the board but I barely did!
  2. Changes made and reposted. It will be a bit before it shows up, but have fun!
  3. Dietrich, Thanks for your feedback. Not sure why everyone is crack, wasn't my intention. I'm still learning the editor, so expect a few mistakes I'll take a look at the settings for both sides as well as the ammo issue. Maybe a quick fix and I'll repost it!
  4. Steve, Great explanation but that post made my head bleed. I'm sending you my hospital bill.
  5. Anyone get a chance to give this a run? Any thoughts on balance or "fun" factor? Any feedback is appreciated!!!
  6. So I was playing the Marines campaign last night, I believe it was the SNAFU mission (not sure on the name), where the Marines had to rush across the board and save a US Army Scout group from ambush. I had an FO calling down artillery, A-10's, Apaches and Little Birds and he literally saved the day for the US Army troops. 8 vehicle kills and another 20-30 enemy troops killed before the game was over (all from this two man unit). Each turn the sounds of artillery raining down, jets and helicopters zooming overhead and the constant radio chatter was VERY intense. A very cool "WOW" kinda moment. Great job on the missions in the campaign, I'm having a blast with it!
  7. I'm ok with the level of violence seen in the game. Not over the top but enough to make you feel bad when your troops drop. Really makes you think twice about Fast moving into that building!
  8. Same thing happend to me the other day with a sniper shot. I had to watch it a couple times, i wasnt sure i was seeing it right. Cool stuff!
  9. Thanks combat I'll give it a try! New updated version has been posted on the repository. I made some changes to the troops (Army to Marines). Please check it out and let me know how the balance is, I've only run through it a couple of times! Thanks and I hope you enjoy! http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=314&func=fileinfo&id=399
  10. Its a Cell IDE, not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
  11. Quick question, Since the first version or my battle I have had an IED on the board but the operator never seems to set it off. Like, EVER. Is there something that I need to do to get the IED to work during the actual game? He has LOS and the last few times I played though he was not under fire (and not even spotted) and I ran troops OVER his IED, still nothing! What am I doing wrong?!
  12. Paper, I gave it a spin last night and had a good time with it. I'm going to need to make a few changes as some of the walls moved (into buildings) and do a little polishing on the overview at the beginning. I'll let you know when its all cleaned up!
  13. Does anyone still have a copy of this? I deleted CM:SF from my PC some time ago and deleted it by accident! Any help would be appreciated!
