no you guys are wrong. the germans lost more tank commanders because they forgot to duck before the hatch closed. i think somewhere around 4235 commanders got killed in WW2 because of this fatal mistake. p.s. if anyone beleives this message go shut yourself in a hatch and die : )

Does anyone else have this problem? (see first post)

There are a few pages in the manual that the words are barely visible due to poor printing result. it is very noticable and i thought the pages were blank at first but upon closer inspection there are words that can be read. not a big problem though just thought i would let you know.

i got outta the shower, got dressed checked the mailbox no mail, went to the kitchen table opened something from best buy then opened the priority mail package and there it was in all it's glory. a nicely wrapped book but where was the cd? i open the book and there it is inside. whew that was close. happy trails everyone it shouldn't be long now. sorry i live in Rushville IL and preordered in may 23, 2000 [This message has been edited by pvt_ryan (edited 06-19-2000).]

I don't think I'm going to have time to post any spoiler info and I will probably be in such awe that I wouldn't be able to find the correct words to convey what I felt or was trying to explain about the game.

My #1 is Saving Private Ryan. That's the one that relaly got me going into war stuff especially WW2. Others I like are Full Metal Jacket, Platoon, Glory, 84 Charlie Mopic

this is my computer: Compaq presario 5190 19" sony trinitron multiscan420gs AMD-K6-2 400 MHz with 3D Now technology 128 MB RAM 512kb L2 pipeline burst cache 100 MHz SyncDRAM memory 2X AGP 3D graphics 4MB 100 MHz SyncGraphics memory and probably alot of other stuff that i also don't know what it means I can get a VooDoo3 3000 pci 16 MB for $130 is it worth it? thanks for your input

I am using hotmail(or at least trying to) for my pbem's. When the files are small I had no trouble with them, then when they get big wordpad can't handle them. If I am sent a zip file I have no problems(except I don't know how to MAKE a zip file). Is there any free e-mail that works without problems? Or can you give me a clue as how to ease my pain? When I get an e-mail I have to click on 'view attachment' then I can 'download file or return to message', if I right click on 'download file' and choose 'save target as' it saves it as a web page. I know am really slow at this but just give me time. AARON

save which page? and where is the page folder at?

okay i have been playing a couple of games and one guy sends me zip files i have no trouble with them. the other two send me .txt files. i get the e-mail and have to open the 'attachment'. i do this and get a screen that says "download file'. if i right click on download file and choose save as then it saves it as a html webpage and doesn't seem to work in the game. if i open th efile from the webpage it opens the file as a webpage with a banner on top but that doesn't do me any good. any ideas for helping me out?? thanks AARON
