Hi Mike, I'm using a macbook pro and both CMBB and CMAK run quite well. Smoke effects are well supported on the radeon card and the games run faster than ever before. I'm pretty sure a macbook will run it provided you supply 1 gig of ram instead of the provided 512. Albert

hi everyone, Just wondering that since apple has now added official support for Windows XP: see http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/publicbeta.html. Does this mean that we can now play the PC versions of the combat mission games on these machines? I mean, I guess the issues now are limited to 3D card support right? Will it work with any of the current intel macs? Thanks! Albert

Hi everyone, Just read the Boot Camp page on the apple web site : http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/ and so it seems that the intel macs will support windows XP. My question is will the combat mission series of games (PC version) play on intel macs considering their graphics cards, etc. Albert

Hello everyone, I've been lurking here for the past year or so but lost the thread on this a while back. Is there any new news on this matter? Is battlefront working on a similar new game that will be OS X compatible? I miss playing on my desktop which no longer boots in OS 9 since i upgraded my processor. Thanks! Found them. However, now I'm getting an error type 2! The game begins to start up and then crashes. Serves me right for being too excited. I'll try again after formatting the hard drive and re installing. Thanks for your help! Albert

Hi Folks, I just installed CMBB in a second hand Ti book 400 running Mac OS 9.2.1. The game wouldn't start up and I get a "could not find open play" message. I checked the apple web site for open play and could not find it. How do I fix this? Many thanks! Albert

I took a 2nd and 3rd place in the contest and was wondering if anyone else who placed has already received their CMBB copies. By the way, Ive noticed some posts from the Philippines.
