NEW: U.S. has trained more than 100 Ukrainian troops on the HIMARs multiple launch rocket system: senior U.S. military official

Ukraine has received 8 HIMARs systems from the U.S. and 4 more are on the way. The UK and Germany have also pledged MLRS systems.
