Ukraine's offensive creates a dilemma for russia's reserves:

• push them forward to fight the Ukrainians & thus put them in GMLRS range
• or leave them out of GMLRS range and see the Ukrainians gain ground and bring HIMARS closer & closer to the reserves every day
