wlape3 Posted September 19, 2011 Share Posted September 19, 2011 Actually, it's not that unusual for it to snow at lower altitudes and not to snow at higher altitudes. Especially if you are above cloud cover. Where I live it usually snows at upper altitudes while lower altitudes have rain or just less snow.
