azmaer Posted April 2, 2010 Share Posted April 2, 2010 Hi, since a couple of days iv often got a ctd with the following error message: Failed ( draw_sprite_on_map_surface) segmentation violation. I ve got the crash on both sides (axis or allies) and mostly during the ai-turn. Atm i play the world at war campaign but i faced it also in alliance of evil. My question: Is this a bug or maybee my system doesnt fit right ? I played previous versions of the game sc2-waw, pde, pazific - no problems. Hubert Cater Posted April 2, 2010 Share Posted April 2, 2010 Hi Azmaer, I would suggest trying to update your video card driver and if that doesn't do the trick trying to run the game in either Windowed or Full Screen mode to see if that makes any difference. Trying to toggle the 'Video Acceleration' option might also work and all of these options are available in game under the SETTINGS dialog.
