The following is their response: "When you pre-ordered you have agreed to our No Refund policy which is part of our standard Terms. You cannot order without agreeing to the terms. Besides, nowhere does it state a firm release date before the end of Feb. The pre-order announcement (http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1557&Itemid=1) mentiones that the title is *expected* to ship within 4-6 weeks after pre-orders are launched, which is a time frame going up until next week. Even then, the announcement does not state when you will be able to download and mentions only that you will be able to download "when the game is released"."
