jaeger8888
In the scenario "Brits at Anzio" I tried ordering Panzer IV's to seek Hull down positions at a rise in the ground. The orders were given but the tanks did not budge. Tried it twice and nothing. Had to use a move order to get them to approach the ridge. Any ideas why? It cost me a Panzer IV when it exposed too much of the vehicle.
Sergei
Are you using the command correctly? When you assign hull down command, you must target a location to which the location should be hull down relative to. In other words, the tank will move towards point X until the gunner has visual contact with point X. If you give a hull down waypoint that is already in sights, they don't move.

ArgusEye
Quite apart from that, I would not recommend going hull down with a IV against the usual opposition. It concentrates hits on the turret, which is quite thin.
