Nolloff Posted July 27, 2007 Share Posted July 27, 2007 Hi, approximately 10 hours earlier today I pre-ordered Shock Force and have now successfully downloaded it. When I try to license the game I get an error message (error code 501) telling me that either my Order ID is incorrect or the Order ID has not been registered in the license database yet. I believe I haven´t made a mistake with my order ID as I have copied and pasted it from the confirmation email and tried several times to license the game so I assume it´s the second reason. Madmatt Posted July 27, 2007 Share Posted July 27, 2007 Use your license code, not the order number in that feild. Thats a typo in the license system which snuck in and we didnt notice it.
