Hawkslayer
both on my PC and a friends PC (both XP) we did the new demo install and double clicked it.. and we get the hourglass for like a millisecond, then nothing. No crash error, no game running, just desktop. I'd love to get it running for 12+ people to try out, but I could use some help troubleshooting this. Thanks! Madmatt
After you downloaded the demo file, how big was it? Was it a zip file or a rar? Did you first uncompress it, making sure that all the subdirectories were created? What file did you launch once you uncompressed the archive? For Windows installation, once all the files are uncompressed, you need to run the Windows Version Installer.exe file. Madmatt
Hawkslayer
Madmatt, What size is it supposed to be, I'll check sometime on my PC what it installs into but there were no errors on install, and it did both the installshield part and the (java?) custom installer part. It's too late for the lan party, but I do want to get my buddies running it sometime, so I'll keep at it.
ClaytoniousRex
Hawk, do you mean you are double clicking the installer and getting this problem, or you are double clicking DropTeam after installation and getting this problem?
ClaytoniousRex
Drago, can you please send the file called DropTeam.log from your \bin directory to support@tbgsoftware.com? Thanks!

ClaytoniousRex
Drago, if your name is Pierre then yes, and reply sent. If not, then no, we haven't received it. If that's the case, then maybe the attachments are too big? If you think that might the problem then email me directly and I'll give you FTP access to send the attachments to.
