Type98
DropTeam is on sale for $20 at Battlefront. Does it still has the elicense copy protection scheme ?
markl
If they dropped it I would get a copy also. I will not be buying anything other titles with this type of protection. Cheers MarkL
Phonan
Well, elicense is just for PC's. If you're using a Mac or Linux box you're in luck. Otherwise, Windows is the only system I'm not running it on, so you'll have to ask someone else around here.
Type98
Hmmm, PC is a generic hardware platform. I presume you meant elicense only works under the MS windows operating system and not under Linux or the MAC OS. As there hasn't been any reply from the developers, I will take the presumption that the elicense is still part of DropTeam. Thanks for the reply. Phonan
Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Sorry about the confusion. eLicense is installed on MS Windows, but not Linux & Mac OS X as far as I know. It would still be nice if a dev would come who can answer your questions, because to be honest Windows is the only OS I haven't tried it on. Good luck, and I hope we can see Clay or someone on this thread soon.
