Would a night battle be possible in DT?

It would be sort of cool if you could only see the enemy by the muzzle flashes and tracers and maybe the Infantry Jetpacks.

What sayest the Mod Gurus?

I think it would be possible- use fog but make it "black fog." This would simulate night. Anyone else think this would work?

That has been brought up before and it was asuumed that all vehicles would of course have infrared/nightvision. Which would mean you would see roughly the same only in different colors (greenish, reddish). IIRC Clay said that that would in endeffect be the same game only with other textures and wouldn't be worth the work.

The fog thing is a good idea. Problem is however that the bots see through fog whle humans don't. Can be VERY annoying.
