Friendly Fire
Hi guys, I am currently trying to work out a time with Matthew (Panzer?), we hope to get the games well along this weekend. Curry, you are driving 2000 miles round trip in 2 days to go to your wifes anniversary? Yikes? But wait - isn't it YOUR anniversary too? oh wait, right - they own it don't they. I have a trip this week, so it is a bit difficult. Am trying to resolve it TCP/IP. If I am holding the tourney up I will resign of course.

Friendly Fire
and wins, it will take me a few more turns to knock down a well entrenched corps in Paris. Given another chance I would change my defensive strategy. Congrats to Panzer39 for a well played game.

Curry
Additional Updtate Alexander has defeated Wehrmacht in a close match and advances to the next round. 6 out of the first 8 round matches are now over.
Curry
Additional Update Yaggmouth defeats Sanmayn. 7 of 8 first round matches are completed. This was a wierd match from what I can tell. Sanmayn was winning close to taking Paris. However, he left Rome open and an allied corps took Rome and knocked the Italians out of the war which I guess meant it took him longer to take Paris. Sounds like a fun match.
