My question is this, I thought in the actual battle the Allies crushed the Italians and Romanians in their encirclement of Stalingrad. So what am I doing wrong here. rune Posted November 7, 2003 Share Posted November 7, 2003 SPOILERS * * * * * * * * * Stay with the defaults. What is funny is a review said it was too easy as the Russians. Use the combined arms and force your way up the middle, use your prep artillery to hit suspected enemy points, and use the smaller arty and mortars to take out the at guns you find. Once you break out, head towards the rear of the map and close the distance, you can take out the tigers, but you have to be close. It is historical, they hit the seam between the corps.
