The thing was released very shortly after CMSF was released and as a result does not cover any of the new features that started to be introduced with the WW2 titles such as the map overlay, AI triggers, AI target orders and unit facings. While it may come across as a criticism, it certainly isn't meant to be as I found it very useful in the early days, but it amounts to a basic illustrated talk through of editor features. If you have spent any time at all in the editor I would suggest that you probably won't get much out of it. The Sherriff of Oosterbeek Scenario Design Manual is broader in scope and comes bundled with all of the titles these days.
